About the Role

AvÐÔ°® Christi College is seeking applications from committed and dynamic Italian Teachers interested in a fixed-term opportunity, commencing Term 1, 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of passionate educators committed to providing our students with a well-rounded education.  This is a part-time role with a workload between 0.4 - 0.6 FTE. Experience in a secondary curriculum area is desirable but not essential.

About You

Our ideal candidate will be appropriately qualified, hold current TRBWA registration and WWC clearance in addition to;

  • The willingness and ability to deliver curriculum in their specialist language from Year 7 to 10

  • A personal commitment to the College Values, Vision and Mission underpinning the delivery of a Catholic based education to students in the College community

  • Proven experience in successfully planning, organising and delivering educational programs

  • Ability to foster nurturing and positive relationships with students to cater for their needs  

  • Demonstrated competence in classroom management and an understanding of explicit and differentiated instruction  

  • Commitment to continuous improvement, best practice teaching & learning, and innovation  

  • Ability to effectively engage with parents and staff in the interests of students  

  • Ability to work cooperatively and enthusiastically in a team towards achieving a common vision for learning  

  • Willingness to support the Catholic ethos of the College   

  • Willingness to support the extra-curricular program of the College

About the Role 

The College is seeking applications from highly organised and skilled ICT professionals interested in joining the established and successful ICT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and friendly delivery of ICT services and support to students, parents, and staff of the College. Day-to-day operational duties will primarily involve managing escalated ICT Helpdesk queries, deploying assets and infrastructure, troubleshooting onsite across the Senior and Junior School campuses, and assisting the College community in utilising ICT for educational purposes.

 

About You

Our ideal candidates will be tertiary qualified in a related field, hold a current National Police Clearance and WWC clearance in addition to possessing;

  • Proficiency in a range of ICT technologies, digital learning platforms, computing programs 

  • Commitment to customer service. with excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with all stakeholders

  • A willingness to learn emergent technologies and attain relevant tickets/licences

  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation skills and the ability to work autonomously and in a busy team 

  • Ability to use initiative and problem-solve 

  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality  

  • A personal commitment to the College Values, Vision and Mission underpinning the delivery of a Catholic based education to students in the College community and a willingness to support the Catholic ethos of the College
